Off the Shoulder x All Black Everything
Good morning! Happy hump day!
I always seem to gravitate towards black...especially after having kids. It hides most stains and no matter what you're wearing, if its black, it always looks chic.
Normally, I don't go for the off the shoulder tops, but this season...I am in love with them. I love it even more when I wear my hair up like I did this weekend. I love the bare neck and shoulders. I don't normally wear big earrings, but it totally worked for this outfit. This top is at Aritzia right now for $110 and comes in 4 colours. Black, Lucite which is like a light mauve, Caban which is kind of browny pink and then there's a grey. The material is nice and light and the extra little layered ruffle is so cute.
These black jeans are my favourite. I wear them all the time. I got them from Zara and only $45.90! They"re a jegging so they never lose their shape. Fit like a glove. The rips aren't too large which I like and I love the ripped detail at the hem of the leg which give it a really chic urban casual look. They are mid-rise which I pretty much only wear now. This mama doesn't do low-rise anymore.
Comfort is key now that I'm a mom. So I went with my classic black Manolo's. These aren't too high and very comfortable. I have narrow feet so they fit nicely. They are pretty narrow around the toe though, so if you have a wider foot, they may not be as comfortable for you. I live in Canada so I tend to stick to leather most of the time.
